Development Administrative Assistant
PT 20 hr./wk. development admin. asst. to manage agency’s donor database, correspondence and mailings, reconcile and track donations. Other administrative duties. Demonstrated competence in word processing, spreadsheet applications, use of Internet and database administration. Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge database required. Day-Time Advocate - FT Bachelor’s level (BSW or related degree required) 7-3 position available for an advocate in the Safe House. Position includes responsibilities for the security cameras, helpline, crisis intervention, intakes, and providing support to and advocacy for residential clients. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Student Internship Opportunities
JBWS utilizes between five and eight interns in several JBWS programs during the school year. In general, JBWS interns are first or second year master's level students in Social Work or Counseling. Most of the internships are for clinical positions and we sometimes have a need for administrative interns. All interns must complete a 40+ hours training program provided by JBWS. Prospective interns should work through their school internships programs.
